5th Grade:
This month the 5th graders are working on their parrot or lion painting. They will draw the animal in its habitat and sharpie it. Once sharpied they will erase all the pencil. The final step is to paint using watercolor paint cakes and watercolor pencils.

6th Grade:
This month the 6th graders will be working on a radial symmetry design. They create a design on a pie slice shape. Using tracing paper, they trace and flip the design in a circle. They will follow up with using sharpie on the design and filling it in with color.
